The AGM is an opportunity for the current committee to summarise the Society’s achievements during the year as well as an opportunity for the committee to answer any questions from members. Directly following this will be the election of the new committee. Each candidate will give a short speech followed by a Q&A session during which members may ask questions from the candidates. Voting will then take place immediately, and results will be announced directly after votes have been counted.

Applications for next year’s committee positions should be submitted by 1 March, in the form of a short manifesto (max 500 words, in English, with the name of your proposer) sent to events@cuhs.co.uk. Positions open:

  • Junior Treasurer
  • Events & Publicity Officer
  • Access Officer
